HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF AN ORDER?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email that you provided at checkout with your tracking information.

 

HOW FAST IS THE SHIPPING?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Shipping will take 5-7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) to arrive after your order has processed for 1- 2 business days. PLEASE NOTE: During peak times, the postal service will have shipping delays due to high volume of orders and there may be a delay in your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. Our team will kindly notify customers of any changes that may occur.
